Yes! They are finally done!

I finished my CEU's for my SLP certification tonight, nothing like
waiting until the last minute! That is the ADD in me :)

Novena to St. Joseph

Hubby's job situation is becoming unbearable again. I love him very
much for staying in a thankless and demeaning job for us.

Today I will start this Novena, this job issue has to get better and I
know who can help us.

O Saint Joseph, whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt
before the throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires.

O Saint Joseph, assist me by your powerful intercession and obtain for
me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ,
Our Lord; so that having engaged here below your heavenly power, I may
offer my thanksgiving and homage to the most loving of Fathers.

O Saint Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in
your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press
Him in my name and kiss His fine head for me, and ask Him to return
the Kiss when I draw my dying breath.

O Saint Joseph, hear my prayers and obtain my petitions. O Saint
Joseph, pray for me. O St. Joseph, open a door for us so that our
family can sustain ourselves and have peace, good health, and respect.
Amen.

My Eyes

I can't wear my contacts during fall allergy season. I put them back
on this week only to discover that I can't read small print. I'm
feeling sorry for myself. I've always had anxiety about not being able
to see at all because of my severe nearsightedness. I've been extra
grumpy and the children have been extra mischevious, which is not a
good combination. I guess it is time to head to TSO to see what my
options are. St. Lucy, pray for us!
